So here is my biographical synopsis. Or dribble, in short.
“Absolutely fantastic, the catch of the year”, “5 stars”, “more reliable than a sale being on at DFS” is what I should write but the reality is “pretty normal, guy seeks potential suitors (good work, huh) for spontaneous fun and interesting times”.
I spend a fair amount of my time at my two workplaces, one that pays the bills (my own business) and the second a voluntary role for a well-known public sector organisation. Between them I maintain a healthy balance between private enterprise and moneymaking and giving back to the community. That's my nice guy credentials sorted!
I would be fibbing if I said I’m not unusual insofar that I spend down time in pubs, bars, walking around London, planning trips away and not doing them, bit of retail therapy thrown in etc. God knows I’d like to do more interesting and quirky things such as climbing mountains, bungee jumping, exotic food cooking or other super-wholesome things, but the sun rises and then sets with alarming regularity nowadays and I do enjoy the pub!!
In terms of style I think I’ve got a finger on some sort of pulse. My brother-in-law suggests that I dress like a “teenager skater boy”, which is probably not far from the truth. Only 2 shirts in my wardrobe, excluding work related ones (and here there is only 4 of them, no calling for suits in my world) and occasionally sport my life-time favourite clothing brand Cyberdog (was a “cyber-kid” back in the day with multiple hair colours, and many bright and wonderful clothes to match – with super big boots too). This means in my opposite number I have a penchant for those who are not in the mainstream, the less mainstream the better. I stopped maturing in this regard at about 21.
This aside, comedy is very important to me as much as a grasp of politics, the law, science and other super-serious subject matter. One likes to think of one’s self as cerebral, but this is clearly subjective, and I have my silly moments like everyone else!!

Going to the gym one hour a day at the moment. Trying to look buff for my 35th in Dec. Also provides a good skive from work.
Half English (from Leeds, W Yorkshire) and half Irish (Kilkenny, the home of Hurling)
Cannot juggle but can walk the tightrope (literally).
My middle name is named after a famous Russian revolutionist (the good ones I hasten to add).
