I joined this site because of its title - Alternative Dating - I LOVE music, Rock, Metal, Punk - anything with attitude, although I do like most genres to some degree.
I am very young at heart, alternative, unconventional (ish), easy going, laid back, spontaneous, a people pleaser, thoughtful, caring and several other clichés that make a person sound great!!.
My passion is music and I go to loads of gigs and festivals at home and abroad and I am not averse to the occasional night out clubbing till stupid o'clock in the morning.
I don't do much TV but I do like to settle down to a good film late on - I'm a bit of a night owl.
I also like cooking so if you're someone who can't stand garlic I'm probably not for you as I stink of it 3 or 4 times a week. I love foreign food - Moroccan, Spanish, Indian, Mexican, anything with loads of flavour.
I can be serious and responsible when needed and I have a decent job (that I don't hate), my own home and bills!!!.
I live each day as it comes and I am generally happy..... but.....
I miss having someone to hold hands with, someone to laugh with, holidays and places to share with someone special.
I am particularly very interested to hear from people who share a love of outdoor music festivals and going to gigs, music, eating out and travel.
Someone who will say, "OK why not", rather than "I can't because....."
Ideally you will be a non or light smoker.................................
and................................................ if you're a New Model Army fan (my favourite band) then brilliant.... good times!!!.
I enjoy history and archaeology as well and would love to visit and see more both here and abroad.
I enjoy weekends away anywhere just to chill out and mooch around somewhere different.
I tend to be interested in more individualistic people.
I'm after someone who I can grow old disgracefully with, someone who still has a rebellious spirit.
