Guitarist by trade play gigs/weddings/cafe's occasionally also regular busker, sell my music, and sell chrismas trees over winter. Visit other cities quite a bit in summer.
Music taste consists largely of Rock/Metal/Blues/Classical although i do appreciate other types. Quite into Rodrigo y Gabriella (Mexican duo) which me and my brother have started to play.
I dont take life too seriously and reckon I have a decent sense of humor (i can be quite silly at times!). Don't really like this bit cos who am i to judge myself, but i like to think i try to be pretty genuine with things, I hate game-playing, falseness, shallowness (although i suppose most people are shallow to a certain degree really). Can be a bit shy at first only til I get to know someone properly but can be a laugh once I'm relaxed with someone. In an unusual way I've always kinda felt like I'm a bit of a goth at heart despite not really dressing like one (x long-hair tho) or following any goth culture as such...seem to get on with them tho (dont have many goth mates either tho so..go figure as they say in the u s and a).
laid back, love cooking, open-minded to trying different foods. Appreciate good scenery and the countryside. Wanna surf. Now.
Really into films particularly horror (some Italian/Giallo) or cult/quirky stuff. Can be a sucker for a good romance ocasionally but not in the slightest bothered about modern teen-type 'romantic' films as I, er, basically think they're a bit s**t. Can't beat a bit of vintage 80's comedy tho too - Steve Martin, Chevy Chase, Bill Murray etc they don't make em like they used to!
TV - not a great deal to be honest, but find i watch box sets more than jus flickin thru whatever's on the telly as there's a lot of s**t, this way i can be more selective - South Park (seems to have got better over the years too!), Black Books, Curb Your enthusiasm, Breaking Bad (like a massively long well made film).
Do pencil drawings as a hobby and sold some (including 'The Dude', Larry David, Jim Morrison, Amy Winehouse, David Cronenberg, Jack Nicholson, Crocodile Dundee (random I know but love the film) and some zombies)
I have plenty of likes and dislikes too many to blabber on about here but lets jus say I'm passionate about the things I love and hate!
Looking for love but also looking to meet new friends with similar interests! Think you maybe just need to be a bit quirky or alternative for us to really click.
