RewindRaps is a 24-year-old Rapper from Detroit, Michigan and affiliated with the label Deepslit Records.
One could consider Rewind’s style of music as Plugg or Pluggnb. He frequently collaborates with producers of the genre like Xangang, Thrillboy and Goyxrd. The artist himself, however, likes to describe it simply as an alternative form of Rap.
Rewinds inspiration reach from older Rappers, who have established themselves in the industry a while ago, like Lil Wayne to newer ones of the 2016 wave like Lil Uzi Vert. Another big role in bringing him to pursue his very own career in Rap music was the famous wrestler John Cena. In the “Underground Legendz” interview on YouTube Rewind explains how this was the case:
