My name is Arel Johnson and I'm 18. I have one son and he is the main part of my life; he is my everything. I live with my parents still, yet one day soon I hope to move out on my own of with roommates. I am primarily focused on trying to get a job to support my son so that I don't have to rely on others to buy his everyday needs.
I can tell you straight off the bat that I am looking for a long-term relationship. You know, where you start off as friends first and see where it ends up from there? I prefer those sorts of relationships way more than just a short-term relationship or a one-time fling. One other thing, if you are interested in a relationship with me, you must get to know my son. If you are interested in me, you must be interested in my son.
If I had to choose five words to describe myself, they would be loyal, caring, hard-working, sensitive and wild (in some ways, such as I can be mature one moment and childish the next, yet in small doses).
I have been told that I am a wonderful singer, an amazing artist, a beautiful violin player and a potential author. I am really good at helping people with any sorts of problems that they have, due to having gone through much during my childhood. I am great at listening and giving advice. I have also been told that I am a wonderful mother.
My favorite books are any of the Johnny the Homicidal Maniac comics, the Harry Potter series, The Road, The Two Princesses of Bamarre, Anne Rice's vampire novels, Sherrilyn Kenyon's romance novels (mostly the Dark Hunter series), the Eragon trilogy and so much more. Basically, I love anything fantasy, yet I will read just about any genre.
My favorite movies are Wreck-It Ralph, The Nightmare Before Christmas, RENT, Tim Burton's movies, just about any other musical, any Disney-Pixar or original Disney movie and many, many more. I am a Disney buff and will never turn down watching a Disney movie. I also very much like the horror genre.
My favorite television shows are The Walking Dead, Family Guy, American Dad, South Park, Fringe, Robot Chicken (although I don't watch TV often enough to watch this anymore), Being Human; the ORIGINAL BBC version and Warehouse 13 (although I need to catch up).
My favorite music genres are rock, pop, some rap, some metal, musical excerpts and I definitely love me some oldies music. Currently, I have been listening to more of Paramore and Evanescence.
I love just about every food known to man. The only things I know I will not eat are peas. I will try everything once.
