Recently changed life around for the better and have been 5 months sober and 45 pounds lighter and in the best shape of my life. Changed careers from being a head chef in Montreal to a more balanced and sustainable career switch to the federal government. I really enjoy everything in life, It is easier to ask me what I don't like then what I do like as that list is endless. Big nerd in some ways and super passionate about my new found passion health.
